Premium Activehotel Bergkönig

Superb hotel where everything is done for rest. All the staff are charming and available. The half board is quality...the breakfast is very generous... The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The relaxation area is just incredible...2 heated swimming pools...sauna...rest area... Ski and nature lovers will find in this hotel the perfect place to regain strength.

3 days to enjoy... there's not much to say about the hotel... simply TOP... but much more and more important is the staff/team... SENSATIONAL... we are away regularly and like to spend a few days there... and you just want to enjoy yourself... we were able to do that there in every respect. The service, the friendliness, it just couldn't be better. Great!

I spent a week with my partner and my 16-year-old son at the Activehotel Bergkönig. The welcome was very friendly, as was all the staff during our stay, whether it was reception, service or cleaning staff. The food was always excellent, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and beautifully presented and of high quality with egg dishes made to order. The snacks were outstanding, especially the Sunday snack. You could also tap your own drinks. Dinner consisted of a lovely salad buffet, a starter, a soup, main course and dessert. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. You can choose from 3 menus, one of which is vegetarian, and we also offer an alternative menu every day. The whole hotel was impressive in terms of cleanliness, wherever you looked, it was always sparkling clean. The spa is spacious, the highlight is definitely the outdoor pool, which could perhaps be 1-2 degrees warmer, otherwise beautiful with changing lighting. The saunas are lovely and spacious. I particularly liked the Finnish outdoor sauna. What I particularly appreciated as a smoker was that there was no obligatory round red ashtray on the wall like in other hotels, but that there was a nice smoking area outside with a table and towel, a bench with cushions, so that you felt welcome as a smoker, which is no longer a given these days. Possible suggestions for improvement: Nowadays it would be desirable to offer an option to charge an electric car (also for a fee), which could be used without additional special cables (high voltage connection). I find it inappropriate that people linger at the snack buffet in their bathrobes and not worthy of a four-star hotel.

We stayed for 4 days and can highly recommend the hotel. Everything was very clean, the food excellent, the wellness area very good, the rooms very large. We would especially like to mention Dominik, a waiter like you would wish for! If I had a hotel I would definitely try to lure him away. Always attentive and you can feel the flair that you want as a guest, really great!! Flora is also worth mentioning, always there for all requests and looked after us very well. We wish the hotel continued success, which is ultimately only possible with such staff. Best wishes from Switzerland (family with celery allergy😄)

I spent a week in the Bergkönig in mid-September and I love the hotel. The room was very clean and well furnished. Even spring water in a carafe with a pine cone was refilled every day. My wish for a refrigerator was granted within 10 minutes. Bathrobes and towels for the spa were ready in the room. Here too, it was spotlessly clean and I found the design very tasteful. Comfortable loungers, swings, a saltwater pool with a view of glaciers. An indoor pool with massage jets, various saunas, heated loungers, infrared sauna for sore backs. You could also have water, tea, fruit and dried fruit. There was also a small sports room. The massages are also highly recommended. Andreas is really a gem 😊 Another highlight was the excellent cuisine. Egg dishes of your choice for breakfast, you could squeeze your own juice. Cakes and savory dishes in the afternoon. In the evening, an exquisite menu with vegetarian options and a huge salad buffet. I have rarely eaten so well. All hotel staff were, without exception, helpful and friendly. The owner, Mrs. Siller, was actually everywhere all day. I've never experienced anything like that before. The Stubai Valley itself is fantastic for hiking and certainly skiing too. A bus runs just 2 minutes from the hotel to all the important starting points, cable cars, glaciers and Innsbruck. I can fully recommend the Bergkönig and look forward to seeing you again. 3rd stay at Bergkonig with family in 5 years. We really appreciate the calm, comfort and quality of the services offered by this hotel. A superb view of the Stubai glacier from our room. The breakfast is just perfect. The afternoon snack is welcome after the hikes carried out during the day. The half board option allows you to dine peacefully at the hotel in the evening. Quality meal with choice and served until 9 p.m. The 2 swimming pools are really very well maintained and the view from the 34 degree outdoor swimming pool is just exceptional! We will come back
