Des efforts ont été faits sur les équipements mais il manque de plus en plus de vaisselle. C'est un peu compliqué pour cuisiner. L'utilisation importante de détergent chloré indispose.
La situation géographique de l'hôtel avec l'obligation d'utiliser le ferry rend le séjour agréable.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good facilities in the room. Close to Neutral Bay shops, Kirribilli, Milsons Point, easy to walk to shops, trains, ferries. Bit noisy as the property is on the corner of two roads, and my room was right at the front of the building. Room could do with a freshen up, carpet was worn / torn in a few places. Otherwise a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The rooms were as expected, adequate and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional. Location was very pleasant, make sure you checkout your surrounds. There were only 2 negatives, parking, 6 spots is reasonable but it requires other guests to park well, during our stay one of the guests did not leave room to access the park, maybe lines are required.. 2nd issue was that on arrival the rooms stunk, this was fixed by opening the windows and airing out.
