Got into the hotel fairly late and forgot to let them know we’d be late, and there were no difficulties. My friend had a pet with her & the hotel management honored the pet fee that I’d seen on the TripAdvisor site vs what their policy stated, which was very kind & helpful. My friend had an appointment in Nevada & hotel staff had no qualms in giving us a slightly later checkout date to have time to complete appointment. It all was much appreciated!
