The hotel is nice, the location is strategic, the rooms are also nice, there is a swimming pool inside, but the swimming pool window cannot be closed. the parking lot is also spacious

Great and friendly service! Their rooms are amazing and to pictures. We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.

The rooms were clean and lovely, but the lighting was a bit dim for me lol. I wasn't planning on using it, so that was fine, but the lights in the jacuzzi room were off. Breakfast was delicious, and we could choose between the restaurant or the terrace.

Normal sprinkler shop but expensive, there is a Turkish bath but you never use it, the rooms are not soundproofed, the online pictures are different room types maxed together, to consider again and again when booking
