Echt een mooie hotel antieke grote kamer heel behulpzaam personeel vooral Ali hij sta ons altijd te helpen en zijn werk echt goed doen en bij receptie hazem en Kamal en bij restaurant Orhan en zijn collega ik heb zijn naam vergeten ik heb een min punt over het ontbijt het zou wel goed zijn als het wordt gevarieerd want elke dag hetzelfde ik zou graag willen meenemen eten die is geen 1 x gemaakt of die lekkere mini sucuk
Ik had daar echt zin in helaas van de 5 dagen geen 1 keer gemaakt op het algemeen ontbijt is wel lekker en genoeg allen wij kregen het elke dag hetzelfde en wij kregen geen koffie bij het ontbijt

這家酒店的哈倫套房真的挺好的，首先看熱氣球特別的方便，也很近，拍照很容易。然後服務態度很不錯，雖然英語一般，但很有眼力見了。位置我覺得挺方便，走到下面中心吃飯區大概8-10分鐘左右，沿途也都很好看。

這是我和夫人第一次來到土耳其Kapadokya。這家酒店是夫人研究了一遍又一遍確定下來的。酒店的特色我就不多説了，相信出遊的達人們自會有心得，無論是自然景觀、早餐滿天滿眼近在咫尺的熱氣球，還是乾淨的酒店設施。我特別想好好讚一讚Sah Saray的服務人員，真的是耐心、細心、貼心，晚間還會送上門飲料和小食，讓人驚喜一番。還有餐廳的Orhan兄弟，五大三粗的外形始終帶着真誠的微笑，服務周到，讓我們的親近感油然而生！

酒店位置很好，距離乘坐熱氣球的地方很近。酒店周圍有便利店和各種餐廳，十分便利。房間面積很大，土耳其浴室超級贊，按摩浴缸可以打出很多泡泡🫧早餐豐盛，喜歡的菜可以免費續點。晚上還有免費的晚安甜品。最後一天退房是一大早6點多，但是酒店貼心的幫忙準備了早餐和伴手禮（一盒土耳其當地特色甜品，有巧克力和土耳其軟糖）。
缺點：淋浴的水很涼，完全不能洗
酒店還提供收費的機場接送巴士，來回價格50美金，很划算，但一定要現金付款。入住時不收取deposit
