Not a great experience! It would seem as though there is mold on the mattress! Floors are filthy, walls in the bedroom are damaged, toilet seat cracked, the air condition unit is directly above your head (and noisy). If you are staying here when the Exon Mobil personnel are here, the breakfast is good, otherwise you get a black box breakfast as shown in the photo. NO other choices. The sheets are never replaced - regardless of the length of your stay. Most hotels will replace after 3 days. Air freshener is sprayed on the bed to mask the foul smell from the previous guest. Blown bulbs are replaced after 2 days! Not worth $20,000 per night.

My entire family of a lot people had reservations and they confirmed our reservations the week before and then all of sudden they lied and said there was a glitch in the system and they didn’t see our reservations. They couldn’t accommodate us.

My wife and I stayed here in May 2022. There is a bar/ restaurant and a pool on site. The room was clean, and covid protocols were followed. We utilized the restaurant on site. The food was good and delivered to the room for an additional fee. Breakfast location was beautiful on the 4th floor getting a great view of the area. Staff were friendly for the most part, but most importantly they were accommodating. The cleaning crew and restaurant crew were very good. I particularly like the location of this hotel right in the midst of the business area in Amsterdam Berbice. We had some issues with the AC, and subsequently had to switch room. Some of the front desk staff need to be courteous with our guests. But Overall this was a good experience.

The bed was comfortable, and staff needs a little bit more training in hotel etiquette.
Room was overall clean.
However there was no refrigerator, and the chiller doesn’t give the required temperature necessary and the water in shower doesn’t clear out completely, without having to use a swabber.

The staff is nice and responsive including the day/night security staff. The hotel needs a major fix up.There is limited options in this area and we were not expecting a 4 star.
