Water in sink was yellow. Large stain on bed comforter. Keys didnt always work.

This is an older hotel, but it is clean and has a good “homey” feeling in the lobby and breakfast room. Our room was sufficiently large but could use some updating especially in the bathroom. The tub was extremely squeaky when taking a shower. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The “free” breakfast is the best one we have ever had at a hotel. All hot food was cooked fresh and rotated a little each day. We would stay again!

The only good thing was the staff. Jacuzzi in the room was dirty. The ice machine was dirty I was afraid to use it.no hot water on the first night. No manger on duty to address the problems. The staff at the counter were sympathetic to the issue. But had no idea how to address the issues

Nice property to stay at, breakfast included, watery eggs, and what looked like three day, old sausage, and a bunch of brown bananas, we’ve had better.
While the bed was comfortable, they put a queen size sheet on a king size bed, and expected it to work, it did not. All in all, it’s a nice place to stay.

Great Staff, Cleaning Staff is friendly and Welcoming . Great Best Western Hotel. Only thing that would make it the best is in the Kitchenette Suite Hot Tub Room to Put a Regular Refrigerator in the Room. Not a small one. its not big enough for having foods and drinks for a kitchen room.

Dust behind all furniture, mold/mildew in inside of shower curtain, all electrical outlets were old and not right fitting, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.
