The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bathroom sink was not producing hot water, so I had to use the shower head to receive hot water.

Staff are really nice, room is clean, decent breakfast. I forgot my toothpaste and asked them for one, they were happy give it to me. The only problem is their heating unit is really loud, waking me up couple times a night.

Good stay with a great view on the harbor. Beds were slightly too soft and breakfast did not offer a huge selection, but you’ll find something to enjoy.

Walking distance to the Ferry to Marthas Vinyard, restaurants and coffee shops. Great indoor pool and free breakfast. I would stay here again!

This review is way overdue but because we had such great service- I wanted to make sure I wrote a positive review. We stayed at this hotel which was conveniently located to the ferry terminal and numerous restaurants in the charming town of New Bedford. The staff was excellent, specifically Wandi, Rosie and Marie. They were friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful in answering any questions we had. They really made our stay enjoyable and we would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to be back! Also, breakfast was excellent….the staff were quite attentive in making sure they replenished all of the food and kept the area extremely clean!

I was in town on business. This was just what I needed, with many food options within walking distance at check-in. Wanda was great. She worked very well with my boss to ensure the reservation and stay were good. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and took really good care of what was needed.
