Was very clean. No carpet in the rooms and hallways provides for a far noisy/er echo through out the building. I was awaken at 3am by people talking across the hallway, because the sound traveled right through the walls and bounces off the hard surface floors, so I didn’t get any sleep after 3am.

The hot tub Jets did not work, way too much chlorine in hot tub, pool was beyond freezing, no towels and when I went to the front desk to all for more I was told they were all out at the moment and they needed to launder some still. There was no sheets on pull out bed or extra pillows for it in the closet. Asked the front desk for sheets and extra pillows I was told to come down and get them, they did not provide me with sheets still. Both tv remotes did work correctly so I had them change the batteries in both remotes. The remotes still barely worked.

This is not the place to stay if you expect to get some sleep. The indoor swimming pool closes at 11:00 PM and the combination of loud shrieking children having fun, followed by the wired children then running and screaming in the hallways, slamming doors, etc. afterwards isn't a good combo for catching up on sleep. Three calls to the front desk (first one unanswered) between 10:00 and 11:30PM were largely pointless. Not to mention the lack of black out conditions: First, the hotel's trendy semi-opaque pulldown blinds are worthless, and second, the door that isn't the correct size allowing hallway light to invade the room (took 2 bath towels to block the light). Bottom line: Overpriced and not meeting your expectations if you stay at other Wyndham properties.

While I could tell the room were renovated recently, I noticed that mostly all the air vents in the building were caked with dust. That could use a good dusting since we all are probably breathing that in. The pool area could use some good upkeep. Looked and felt a little slimmy. But everything else was great. Staff very friendly and it was easy to check in and out.
