STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This was our 3rd stay here and upon check in our TV did not work, staff came to room & could not get it to work. Said maintenance man was off so she texted him and told us we could watch TV in the lobby. The next day, we were gone all day, upon return still no TV and no one on staff followed up. Told them again of problem upon check out, they had to have manager call us the following week. He was very rude, called us liars because his maintenance man told him the TV worked fine (this was after he plugged in all the USB ports). I filed a case with corporate Marriott, he sent them an email saying the TV was fixed by his people and everything was fine and he gave us a $50.00 refund so they closed the case without speaking to us again. For the price of this hotel, (2 nights was $700.00) and they don't offer breakfast or a microwave in the room, or an ice machine on the first floor, there are other beautiful places to stay close by.
