The breakfast was good and the rooms and other facilities and amenities were very clean. The room was spacious although the bathroom was a little cramped. I’d definitely stay here again when i’m in town!

We had 4 rooms in 2 days. Heat didn't work, shower was filthy, bathroom upstairs toilet leaked into our bathroom on our toilet and bed was hard. Seems like this property needs some upkeep and updates. Staff handled it well but too many issues for our short stay.

Nice new and super clean hotel. Enjoyed our stay here. Rates were reasonable and within walking. Distance to several restaurants and stores. Not typically a Marriott guy but this was good value. Anthony D. was super nice upon check-in. Highly recommend!!

Springhill suites is an excellent place to stay. Super clean , very friendly staff and excellent rooms. The breakfast had everything you could want and started the day off right. I recommend this hotel highly . You wont be disappointed. This is my go to when i come to new bern

Incredible stay! The staff was kind and accommodating, especially Giovanna who helped me immensely with an early check in and efficient service, and she was so sweet and patient with other guests too! I saw her answer at least five ridiculous questions with such patience and professionalism. Thank you very much!

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean quality furniture., they provided a mini refrigerator. The staff was attentive, they had a full breakfast and coffee for you. I would come back again.l lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

Rooms were clean, staff friendly and above all the food was exceptionally well prepared (breakfast sausage was well cooked which is a rarity at Marriott). In addiction there were plenty of condiments available. The lady in charge of cooking and the dining room was very friendly and took pride in its cleanliness. She deserves recognition!

We were greeted by Kayla at the front desk with a high level of professionalism and kindness. We asked from some recommendations for local restaurants. She provided us with a few options. Each one we tried turned out to be excellent recommendations. She’s a real asset to the Marriott family of properties.
