The owner was cheerful and pleasant; check-in was a breeze. Remember, this is a B&B in a nineteenth century home, not a glitzy hotel. The breakfast selectins were numerous, and delicious.

A great B&B within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the historical district. The rooms are impeccably clean; the beds are comfortable; and, the breakfast is unbelievable! We would highly recommend!

Wonderful bed and breakfast located in the heart of New Bern. Within walking distance of the uptown restaurants and shops and very close to the river. Great breakfast and wonderful hospitality! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but you might want to bring earplugs if you don't like to hear birds singing at night!

The decor is delightful; our room was comfortable; but most noteworthy was our breakfast. We had 15 special offerings from which to choose. I went with eggs Florentine while Pat had the stuffed French toast. Both were wonderful and our host was very accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

From the moment I arrived, Camille and Joe went out of their way to make me feel welcome in their home. They are genuinely kind, interesting people who are passionate about sharing their love of Japanese art and culture. I left feeling like I had made new friends. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was to die for. Camille and Joe serve up homemade bread, jam, and other delectable treats that will start your day off right. You can tell they put a lot of love and care into every aspect of the guest experience. If you're looking for a unique, personalized bed and breakfast experience, I highly recommend staying with Camille and Joe. Their home is a true gem, and they are exceptional hosts. I can't wait to return on my next trip to the area.
