At first glance it’s a nice hotel. Employees were great. Hotel room hadn’t been vacuumed. Dried up fried rice in the bed sheets along with black hair multiple. Pub hairs on the toilet, and no body wash. Then in the morning I used the laundry services. Washer worked no problem. I ran the dryer through 2 cycles and couldn’t get them dry. I had to go to a laundry mat instead of relaxing.

We stayed here two nights, overall we had a pleasant stay, rooms were clean, staff were nice, it was quiet, only thing would be the door to the restroom didn’t shut. Other than that it was pretty great.

This shouldn’t be rated a BW+. It’s rundown, old and not good at all. The rooms are mostly outdoor motel style entry and you have to pay more for an inside room, but that’s not clear when booking on the website. They wouldn’t change our room to the 2nd floor because she said it was already assigned, but hardly anyone was staying there so there were plenty of rooms to move us to. There’s no elevator. The breakfast was horrible. No bananas, white bread only, a lot to be desired. I so not recommend. This place needs help.

This Best Western location features an excellent location right off the interstate, many surrounding amenities, and a great degree of comfort and privacy. Would highly recommend this location for business trips or leisure at a competitive price.

We had a minor issue but they went above and beyond to fix it and get us new/upgraded accommodations. It is a very clean establishment with extremely kind and helpful staff. The rates are extremely reasonable, and I love the fact they text you periodically to check in.
