The location of this place was great, and the staff were friendly. However the kitchen was dirty and had very few usable utensils or tools, the locks on the bathrooms didn't work, some of the lights wouldn't turn on, and all of the surfaces in our room were slightly sticky. Also, although I realise this isn't something the management have any control over, my children were exposed to language that I was extremely uncomfortable with from other guests.

Do not stay here it is full of ************ and alcoholics ND people who are on emergency housing you should definitely find somewhere more hygienic my room wasn't even vacuumed on arrival I had to do it myself
