We were passing through town and needed a place to rest due to a busy travel schedule. We were warmly welcomed and were in our room within a few minutes of arriving. The room was clean and comfortable and met our needs. I used the exercise room in the morning and found it to be in excellent shape - equipment all in working order, an excellent variety of equipment and it was clean. Check out was a breeze and we were on our way. If I’m ever back in Norwalk, we’ll visit that Courtyard Marriott again!

Very kind staff, our flight was early in the morning and they were kind enough to let us check in early as they had a room already cleaned! That made our day so much better! Very clean and nice rooms with sliding doors out to a small balcony. My only issue was that the doors slam pretty loud if you don’t catch them.

The front desk staff was great. Housekeeping wasn't consistent, and they didn't change the bed sheets after such a long stay. I suppose I would have had to ask them.
Overall, it was a great stay and my family loved it.

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating of my request for a quiet room on a high floor away from the elevator. Our King room was clean and had nice storage. The lobby had plenty of seating for our large party to socialize and had a couple of TVs so we could watch the NBA and NHL playoff games.

This is by far the best of the hotels on the route seven ***** across from Merrit 7 *****. The rooms are always immaculate, and the staff is very helpful. The hotel interior is redecorated and refreshed on a regular basis. It is a bit more expensive than the other hotels, but it is worth every penny of it.

Our experience at the Courtyard was exceptional from start to finish. The staff exhibited a warm and efficient approach during the check-in process, contributing to a seamless and welcoming arrival. I highly recommend it for short stays, as the ambiance provided a delightful and relaxing oasis perfect for a weekend getaway. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future.
