The hotel room stunk like cigarette smoke
Smoke alarm was beeping shower leaked so bad it flooded the shower and the floor in the bathroom

The room smelt horrible of someone previously smoking in it along with the toilet leaking water all over the floor. When telling someone at the front desk they just said they will let their boss no but did not offer me a different room or potentially money back.

First of all when we checked in I had to sign a paper that I wouldn’t smoke in the room, when I opened the door the smell of smoke made me about half sick. I went to lobby and she said no more rooms available. My daughter and I had no choice since it was too late to cancel. Our eyes burned and we got headaches. Neither one of us smoke!

For a period of time, I inspected hotels and motels on the East Coast for three major insurance carriers. This one would not pass. No heat or AC in room, no central fire alarm, no alarm pulls. No fire extinguishers. Street drain in entrance drive is collapsing. Very poor interior lighting, very dark in rooms. Plumbing control falling apart. Commode seats too small and not firmly attached. Was not up to the standards of *******. Electric outlets showing damage. In room appliances old. Refrigerator not cooling. Very disappointed in the housekeeping. Dark ring of grease around the inside of the bath tub. Anti-skid tub material very dirty.
