Hotel staffs are not very prompt, they take more time to act for the services requested also found cockroaches in bathroom. Overall it was average not as per the expectation.

The service in Saga Hotel was not good. Even after giving the key, the room was not cleaned. Therefore, we advise you not to make any arrangements for us or similar people to stay here after this. That hotel did not even get drinking water on time.

Terrible stay. Rude behaviour of the hotel staff. Irresponsible of access card , supply of drinking water, cleaned bed sheets, slippery toilet floor, extremely old bath towels, hanging and broken shampoo container, no dental kit, no room chappals. Telephone was not working to connect to the front desk! Restaurant was not at all clean, table mats were dirty and filthy and stinky!!

The room was not properly cleaned. There was some issue with the window because even after being closed, there was air leaking which made the room tremendously cold. Making my stay very uncomfortable, my stay was so uncomfortable that I had to change my hotel the 2nd night even though I had paid full for 2 nights.
