We got a verbal confirmation to book the place and then without telling us they gave the date to someone else as their event was bigger than ours. Please do not book this event at all. K***n is the ***ager on the property and not a reliable guy at all

We have recently visited Club Patio in South City 1 Gurugram. I wanted to be a member of the club but found that the club is highly un***aged and needs maintenance . For example, the Tennis Court is quite dirty and doesn't look like a tennis court but a barren piece of land. Moreover the club requires a new makeover and needs to add more fun and relaxing activities. I am hopeful that you will take some action to attract more customers to be club members.
