Warm welcome/ clean / helpful, as it is online shown good location all hotel area

unswept floor, unwiped side tables, dirty bed with short hair all over it, doors are unable to lock and they do not give keycard, so u can't leave ur room. phone doesn't work. toilet bowl stained. booked a room that promised city view. 0 view 0 window. pictures are completely misleading. do not book. im really not picky, but it's so bad to the point that i would leave if i didn't check in at 1am.

Not far from metro station Aerocity (15-20 minutes on foot) that is next station to the airport. But the area outside looks dodgy. Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is completely different from the photos shown in the listing. The pictures make it look like a luxury hotel, but in reality the condition is very poor and misleading. The cleanliness was terrible. The bedsheets were torn, pillowcases were dirty, and proper towels were not provided. Even the floor towel was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The overall hygiene standards were far below what is acceptable for any hotel. The facilities and services were also very disappointing. The restaurant and common areas did not match the photos shown online. Everything looked much older and poorly maintained. I strongly believe the listing photos are misleading and do not represent the actual property. I had to cancel my stay early because the conditions were unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be very careful before booking.

Worst experience, very disappointed..unprofessional staff. Its was quite dusty and dirty. Requested for high floor but got the lowest floor kinda noisy outside can’t sleep at all. Omg don’t asked me about the breakfast it was no no no.
