Overpriced, bed sheets has holes, we complaint to the staff, but no one’s addressed the issues.

Tv was not working when we ask the staff they said cable not included in the rent, I paid for the breakfast, but they were not allowing us to have breakfast, when I call ******* then they allowed, I paid for 1 king room and 2 kind bed room but they gave us 2 rooms with one one king beds after having argument with staff they finally gave us what we paid for, overrated

I AM SURPRISED THAT THIS HOTEL IS PART OF *******. ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. IT WAS VERY DIRTY AND STAFF WAS VERY UNHELPFUL. DINNER WAS SERVED AFTER 1.5 HRS.
I WILL REQUEST EPEDIA TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR WEBSITE.

Awesome stay experience we got while stating at Mayda Prime, very helpful staff, quite safe over the night security staff is there. It has a restaurant too which serves delicious food 24 hours. A family hotel environment.
