Rams Inn

Rams Inn was a nice Inn with a very great location in the central of Delhi. There was some minor communication issues between me and the workers because of a language barrier (they did not know English that well. Some problems were the wi-fi was not very strong and the water was always cold. Room service was available and the prices were very cheap and they make the food fresh for you when you order it.

It was difficult to find as it was almost down an alleyway. IT was a little funky hotel but the people were as nice as could be. The stairway up to my room was a little steep. The AC worked SUPER! It was July of 2019 and hotter than blazes outside so getting back to the AC was fabulous. The bathrooms are a bit different there compared to the USA but everything worked just fine. I did not have breakfast there (it was included in the price) as I was leaving very early in the morning to do some tours. The staff was super helpful. (Since the dates didn't go back to 2019 I used 2023)

Needed a shelter for 6 hrs in delhi and Rams Inn was ideal choice for our family of 4 people very near ND railway station. Special mention of good hospitable host Mr. Kuldeep who was caring and very accommodative. Clean rooms and good quiet location at CP. Will surely visit again for a longer stay. Enjoyed the packed dinner for the train consisting of stuffed parathas, curd and very tasty pickles.

Rams Inn is definitely a home away from home. The property is in a narrow lane very near to Connaught Place(CP). The location is bang on for a tourist. It has all the restaurants, shopping centers, 2 metro stations, 1 bus station(Shivaji Stadium) a stone throw away. The place is so calm and quiet with a small garden. It's actually a heritage building converted to an inn. So rooms are quaint and fittings are old but functional. Decent for a family stay. We took deluxe rooms that came with garden views and balcony. There is no lift but that wasn't a problem for us. It has a small in-house kitchen that helps in case of kid's needs. Food cooked was really good. I have to thank the room service guys and Heera specially for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone for their stay in Delhi as you are right on CP. We loved our stay and definitely come back to Rams Inn if in case we visit Delhi again.
