Treebo Trend AND

I and my family have been the regular user of Treebo chain of hotels. Treebo in my opinion was known for its impeccable service specially interms of the hygiene and what it delivers in relation to what it shows in the website. Which is why Treebo for years have been our only preference across the country. This is the first time I have experienced such difference in the service. First of all The hotel was not at all worthy of Treebo brand. The entrant to the hotel was extremely dodgy, unsafe and unclean. I had booked the hotel online so when I went to the hotel which was in the heart of Ahmedabad, they showed me the hotel room which was tiny as a cave, stinky and far from what was promised in the website. Thus, I asked for better rooms after which they showed me slightly bigger room but no way better in any sense. Ever since, I have been trying to reach out to treebo customer care writing number of mails and lodging complains. None of the grievances were responded to. I am utterly disappointed by the fact that treebo doesn't care to address it's problems. Also shows their lack of professionalism.

The place is just next to ILBS Hospital, walking distance. It is very well-maintained hotel, with large rooms, balcony, and clean bathroom. The staff is cordial. A working kitchen with close to home-made food. Limited car parking is available. The neighbourhood is quite peaceful and quiet.
