The room interiors at this hotel looked fresh, clean and felt like one from a classy english style apar**ent. The bed was good, centralised ac was silent and worked just fine. The only issue i saw here was that there were not ***y rooms with windows which might be a problem to some. There were enough plug points but most of them didn’t work. The included breakfast was decent. Note- there is not proper lobby, restaurant or any big common areas in this hotel. This hotel lies in the heart of connaught place which is its usp.

Location is very very convenient, right in the connaught place area, which is a tourist hub, palika bazar is on walkable distance, lot of food eateries around, breakfast is good

Good place to stay if you are planning to stay for a day or two only as it is on main road side & somewhat smaller place. Room was on the same floor as reception. Rooms start just behind the reception. At night i found no disturbance. Service-
staff - polite. Not opted for a breakfast. Rooms-decent to stay. Clean
bed was not good. Bathroom-clean. Toiletries provided shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer & soap. One towel & one hand towel provided. Shower was not set at a proper angle. Difficult & small place for a bath.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made stay comfortable. The staff exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived until departure. The rooms were spotless, cleaned and the facilities were well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and they ensured that our dietary needs were met. The food was good and great value for money. Location is always matters when you plan to go somewhere and this hotel is short walk to metro, shops, market. The hotel offers free wifi, mineral bottle which was very useful. The hotel is great value for money. The hotel is a very good option for a business trip as well as for family.

Stay was good. People there are v cooperative. Only problem is there is no lift v have to take stairs secondly no room service v need order via tomato.
