Inside a narrow lane. Not even handrails provided at entrance stairs. Very poor mobile signal inside rooms. No window. Dingy room. Staff indifferent. Credit was not accepted. No receipt issued for payment. Doubt whether they deposit tax collected from customer to government authorities. Small room.

these group have 2 hotels in Mahipalpur, New Delhi , Hotel sky wood and sky view. the booking channels shows its a 4 star hotel with big rate, providing balcony, kettle, hot water, tv and all we booked 2 family rooms, prior to arrival i called to reception and asked an innova car to pick up from Airport, after the arrival at airport , waiting around 45 minutes he sent a small car, we refused to go there as the space is not enough for 6 pax and luggage's . then we took another and went there , the hotel is in a busy area, not clean. their rooms are too small , no lifts smelly stingy, dirty linens, tv is just for show- not working , provide drinking water in an open bottle, one room was filled with cigarete smell, no balcony, no kettle, rude receptionists the second day there was electricity failure in our rooms , after long waiting someone came to check it, no chance , they asked to move to their another hotel on same road , on midninight we walked around half km reached there , there they provide 2 rooms in balcony/Terus . old rooms , no thing better , it was a very bad experience we had there , they are not even deserve for a single star

Misleading - Scammers. The location & the pictures they display online sites like *********** are fake. The rooms are crappy, cockroaches, mice - dirty bed sheets every thing is messy. They scam people with different names like hotel classic etc
