Deco are very shabby, hygiene is a disaster specially you can see dirts on bedsheet and blankets, don’t even mention other facilities.
Bear in mind that you are spending a 5 star hotel room rate but live in a guesthouse standard “hotel”. 🙄

This is a very historic and elegant structure with a lot of great artwork. It is centrally located and convenient. Unfortunately, the standards of service are low. The coffee shop at breakfast time is chaotic, unclean and poorly ***aged. Room service did not occur. The internet is erratic and slow. Perhaps a more competent approach to ***agement would help.

It seemed like a relic of the past. Thin crowd, very lazy vibes, almost seemed like a waste to have stopped for dinner. The lounge/bar outside the main building had some life but the in-house restaurants were sad. At least, Frontier had one saving grace, the food was really good.

I book two rooms and my mother was travelling with us And she is 90 years old.
We received only one room. They said they are trying to get me second room.
And inform me but I never received a call.
I slept on smaller sofa all.
We don’t eat even Breakfast and left.

The worst hotel experience in India.
Wait check-in over a hour even though it was 6P.M., unstable wi-fi, very long distance from room to reception & restaurant, malfunction of room key everyday, no souldproof... These are the experineces I had from the hotel for 3 nights. I do not recommend this hotel to my family & friends.

Excellent location , food and service. The hotel has lovely range of restaurants and an amazing fitness Centre-cum-Swimming pool one of the best in Delhi. Service is good , housekeeping is great , front office service was very fast and smooth.
