No hot water and heating service. Delhi today temp forever low but they don't have heat or room heating system.

Hotel is ok for short stay location is inside the market and not suitable for physically challenged people. Walkable distance to railway station but not easy to walk in the street due to heavy traffic no south indian foods available not recommended for the pure south indian family please opt for another location

This is my second time visit at this hotel. This time ***ager was changed and it is kind helpful person. Hotel is in gully but you have not any issue. Ac, tv, hot water is ok

Very poor service. Not even offering a bottle of water. We stayed for a few hours. They offered nothing. We have to carry our own bottles of water

I stayed in room 302 and my experience was pretty bad because the bathroom was very small and it's really uncomfortable. The room overall ambience is poor, also the staff are careless. The location of the hotel is in a ally which is very tightly packed in the evening and it's very near to the delhi railway station which is the only good thing i found.
