전반적으로 깨끗하고 청결해요. 카운터 직원이 좀 무뚝뚝한 것과 로비에 쉴 공간이 없는거 외엔 흠 잡을 것 없는 아주 좋은 호텔이에요.

飯店規模不大，但整體環境良好，距離購物中心最近入口100米不到，床組及衛浴用品在印度來說算是很乾淨的，房間設施狀態也正常，前台人員一般，客房服務人員態度友好，餐廳就一般以上水準 ，另有一家中式餐廳（解解饞可以，但不能用正式中菜去對比），距離機場在不堵車的情況下，45～60分鐘，消費跟周邊飯店比偏高。

朝食のスタッフさんはよく動いてらっしゃいました。
エントランスの方のナマステポーズとあいさつが何か良かったです。お部屋にアイロンとアイロン台があって良かったです。今回は入れませんでしたが、次回はプールも入ってみたいです。

This hotel is very beautiful to look at, its interior is very nice and the rooms are very clean. Service is also very good and thanks to Krishan Pardeep for their service. I would like to come back to this hotel again.There are ***y malls and gyms nearby the hotel.

The hotel is well located close to 3 big malls - SLF, MGF, Select Citywalk. Courteous staff. Special mention of Deepti Saxena at reception who was very proactive for all my needs & Mr. Sahil Rawat at restaurant was very helpful & caring & took good care of getting me all food from buffet while I was working.

Had an excellent stay at Sheraton Krishna from concierge is super helpful and warm he was apt on assistance and ensured we felt like home away from home. The food at yi jing was amazing my kids enjoyed. Wil definitely come here soon for another wonderful memory. Cheers team Sheraton

Sahaid Hussain Leer*** , Krishna Deepti an Guddu did a fantastic job. I visited this hotel a couple of times a year. The staff is always very friendly and everything in the hotel is really good. This time my wife would like to have a special brand of tea. These three men did an amazing job and bought this tea. It was hard to find but they got it. I fly al over the world but this was an amazing service! Thanks for everything Sahaid, Krishna and Guddu!!!
