The hotel was comfortable and the staff were attentive. We weren’t a fan of the surrounding area, but that doesn’t reflect on the hotel. Pictures don’t accurately represent the room I.e booked room with seating area but didn’t get this. Felt over priced given the area and other options available

They asked extra money at the time of check out. We booked for 6 persons & paid in advance to make my trip. But hotelier said extra person is not included. Make my trip was not supportive. They said you paid for amenities only. For which amenities you are collecting 1000 per person extra. Hotelier didn't check out us without paying extra. Feeling cheated from both (make my trip & hotel.

Size of room was good, but very bad service. After the order of food, it took more than an hour for food to be delivered to the room. Hot water not available in bathroom. Tv was not working. Sofas of the room have worn out and were torn.

This is one of the most pathetic places i stayed. They have no clue how to even treat customer, forget about getting a clean room with at least hand soap, shampoo and towels. There was nothing at all in the room and even after following up a couple of times they did not care to even resolve it. Even for a bottle of water they struggled to find a bottle of water in their entire hotel. Needless to say that their room had expired milk and they were even aware of sensitive about the safety of their customers. But yes they did not forget to charge me for that damn bottle of water on my checkout. Mm t rating is not reflective of the reality
