The first thing that you notice when you enter the hotel lane is the stinking urine smell on the road. It's very difficult to find and situated 50-100 metres down a small lane from the main road.The rooms are extremely small with no space to move your leg. The rooms have almost no ventilation with one room having no windows at all.The ac remote was also missing. The biggest red flag before booking the place was it doesn't appear in Google maps and doesn't have any Google reviews . All the reviews in this TA are pretty old. The only good thing about this place was closeness to Metro and bathroom was clean and hence the 1 extra star.

I had an amazing experience at Grand Bay ECR , i had visited the resort on 19th of April with my family for my grandfather's 80th birthday, we had a very warm welcome from all the staff, Jasmine did an amazing job by saving us the best seats to celebrate my grandfather's birthday and make his day special,I would also like to appreciate Stephen who works in the bar, i met him during the happy hours , You are lucky to have him, he is loyal,and sincere to his work.I had dropped some money while clearing the bill , he found it and gave it back to me , not everyone would do the same. I was not able to thank him in person so I hope the Company thanks him for me .
