Nightmare hotel! The property has recently changed its name from Raj Villa to Neu Villa, ***keeping the same terrible style! Terrible structure, we arrived late at night and there were people camped out sleeping on the floor in front of the reception! The photos do not represent reality at all! The room assigned to us had feces on the toilet seat and all over the toilet, hair between the sheets, dirty towels, dirty slippers, dust everywhere, walls full of humidity! We asked to change rooms but were told it wasn't possible! They then ***gave a boy to at least clean the toilet! Luckily we had the sheet bag with us and we used it to rest for a few hours! The furniture was dirty and greasy. We had booked for 2 nights, but we were immediately scared! When we explained our problems to the ***ager, he apologized and offered us a room change but, honestly, we didn't want to stay in that place even one more minute! He made us pay the full amount without even offering us a discount! Absolutely to avoid
