Great location that is near the airport. Great food option nearby too. The room was spacious but design lacked thought. Gym was shabby and the pool was closed for renovation too. Service was a bit of hit and miss and standards vary across various departments. The departments don’t seem to communicate efficiently with one another.
But kudos to the housekeeping team for taking good care of the hotel and their guests!

The environment is clean and it is a very good art hotel. I highly recommend it! The breakfast is rich and hygienic. The room is very soundproof and the sleep is comfortable. I will continue to choose it next time!

In preparation for my flight the next morning, I stayed at Aerocity, which was safe and close to the airport and was the cheapest (over 20,000 yen, though...).
The room was spacious and clean, and I was happy that the amenities were KAMA. It was also nice that it had a large bathtub.
However, the front staff had a bad feeling from above. Even though there were two of us staying, we were only given one room key, and when we called from the room and asked for another room key, they hung up on us.
At check-in, I paid INR 5000 as a deposit from my credit card. At check-out, I was told that the money would be refunded. However, it was not refunded even after a week. When I contacted them via email, they refunded the money within 24 hours without a word of apology. I received a reply saying that I should be able to confirm. Were you planning on not refunding the money unless we urged you to do so? I don't want to stay there again.
