The room was huge. Everything was great except the location but still worth it. The price is also nice

The hotel was better than the nearby hotels. However, it still needs to improve on some aspects. There was no electric kettle in he room so you need to call the reception when ever you need some hot water to make tea etc. There was no heating in the room. There is definitely need for installation of heating or at least provide a heater. Due to the proximity of the hotel to the vendors downstairs, fumes from the charcoal used to cook in small stalls infiltrated the rooms. The streets are also littered with stray dirty dogs too, so do be careful.

Got to hotel told I didn’t have a booking go somewhere else
Eventually after debating and showing I had a booking and the re re checking I got a room it was late at night and I feel if it had been a lady this could of been overwhelming as the location was down a side street
The room was less than basic the sheets were soiled I reported this and was told well people eat on them
I booked on the star rating on reviews I can nit believe the reviews to be genuine please be aware 🙏

We stayed for 2 nights. The Location is good: Nearby airport, 40 minutes to Hazrat Nizamuddin train station. The room condition is not well maintained, no hangers, no mugs for brushing and no hairdryer. The room is also unclean the moment we arrived and I couldnt enjoy sleeping there

The bedsheets and pillows were not changed, the TV was not working and could be fixed even after calling the reception. The AC was not working. The dining hall for the breakfast is located at an adjacent hotel and finding the way to the place was quite confusing. Overall, the service was very poor. The only good point is that the hotel is near the airport.
