Overall it was a good experience. Hotel was well maintained and the services was prompt. Accommodation was comfortable and hotel was completely fine.

Behaviour of the staffs was not good. One of the staff forced me to pay for the room service then and there and didnt give the option of paying it later and even kept the change. The room was also not like a 4-star hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience

No medical emergency help, we have to rush for crocin at 10 in the night, no proper room service. Bathrooms were suffocating,

Ideal for someone who is looking for a stay nearby sarai rohilla railway station (20 minutes by car in the evening and 10 minutes the morning. Room was clean, staff was cooperative and stay was comfortable. Definitely looking forward to re-book for the next transit through delhi (specially sarai rohilla station and igi airport)
