The shower facility was bad in the family room. Very little hot water. The room was not very clean.

worse hotel I have stayed in entire India due to the following reason:-
(1) It appears the bedsheets is not cleaned or changed because there is blood stain and dirty
(2) toilet bowl is very dirty. Previous guest poo poo is still visible there
(3) shower pressure is low and not working
(4) Room is smelly
(5) Reception is terrible
(6) Room photos shown is different from actual
I request Trip.com to perform a new review on this hotel before providing wrong information to guest like myself

This hotel has such a lovely atmosphere. Food was both delicious and great value for money. The room itself was comfortable and well clean. Facilities were all good and comfortable. thanks mr. vinay for your helping nature. Great pleasure being here.

Wow, this hotel is in such a great location. Rooms were spacious and squeaky clean. Service was fantastic, and the staff were super nice. Food was delicious and had a lot of variety. Our stay was amazing. Definitely suggest this hotel to everyone.

I had the best time. The staff were nice and helpful, and the facilities were amazing. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the room service was lovely. The hotel was so clean, and I felt really safe the whole time. Definitely recommend.

I stayed at this hotel and everything was great. especially Mr. vinay at reception is very helpful. The hotel is clean and the facilities are good. I loved the breakfast because there were so ***y choices. The room was big, clean, and cozy. The restaurant served delicious food. The bar was also nice. It's a good hotel for the price.
