The shower facility was bad in the family room. Very little hot water. The room was not very clean.

The hotel is very good, the surrounding transportation is very convenient, there is a lot of food, and there is hot water for me to make noodles

worse hotel I have stayed in entire India due to the following reason:-
(1) It appears the bedsheets is not cleaned or changed because there is blood stain and dirty
(2) toilet bowl is very dirty. Previous guest poo poo is still visible there
(3) shower pressure is low and not working
(4) Room is smelly
(5) Reception is terrible
(6) Room photos shown is different from actual
I request Trip.com to perform a new review on this hotel before providing wrong information to guest like myself

Would never stay at this property ever again . The don’t be fooled with the front lobby area it’s all bright and nice but as soon as you go towards the rooms , the corridor reeks with the smell of smoke . The dinning is dark and smelling with dirt all over the hotel .
I booked a suite with 2 rooms . Both of the rooms had hair on the bed , the washrooms were dirty and zero to no water ! The bath tub was broken and the hot water took forever ! The sheets looked like they were never washed , beds were uncomfortable and loud noises could be heard throughout the night .
I specifically asked for a taxi for the airport for the next morning but in the morning when I went down for checkout they said I have to wait for another 2 hours for my taxi because there was none available at the moment !
What’s the point of asking in prior when nothing was arranged ! I had to arrange something by myself !
Breakfast area was disorganized and dirty was all over the area plates weren’t clean ! Food tasted like it was sitting there for days !
THE ONLY REASON I BOOKED THIS PLACE WAS BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSER TK AIRPORT !
NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY I PAID .

This hotel is very close to the airport, making it super easy to reach everything. It’s a lovely hotel with excellent rooms. The food and the ambience are too good. I had a great staycation here. The hotel staff is polite and quite helpful. Thank you

Quite near to airport. Extremely satisfied with hotel. The food from the restaurant was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and I slept great. The receptionist was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The whole stay was fantastic...

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel ramhan palace! It was super convenient for me during my solo travel. Would recommend it others, the buffet selection was also delightful. The lobby was peaceful and the staff was quite accommodating to all my requests.

I loved staying at this hotel because of its close connection to the airport. Here was beautiful and very comfortable rooms. everything available here and this was great. Very nice hospitality. The cleanliness was mind blowing, and the staff was helpful. I will be back

Stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful with all good amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, always with a smile.. The hotel was amazing and the hospitality too.. Awesome food breakfast. Reception staff was very helpful for me.
