Worst experience The property requires renovation. Walls are having pair chipping, locks broken, very bad smell all over, chairs are so dirty that you can’t imagine to sit on them and have your food. It is the worst property I have ever visited in my life. The staff is not at all tourist friendly or accommodating. The stay with stress is not what you expect after paying so much money 5.5k per night. 🥲 Will never stay in such hotel again. Also would like to advise trip.com to satisfy itself before publishing such hotels on their site. It will ruin trip.com ‘s brand image. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻never stay@ramada

The food was so delicious. they have chinese dish as well. Hotel staff help us to land phone charger. Really helpful. Thanks. Overall i would says, this is best hotel to stay in delhi.

The second part to the same hotel. If we managed to solve the problem with check-in, even though it took a lot of time, we still couldn’t cope with the noise and the inability to get a good night’s sleep. Everyone was celebrating a wedding at the hotel for several days, and loud music was constantly playing on the open terrace, just under our windows (we were accommodated on the 4th floor). One of the advantages is that the room had an iron and board. That's all 😄

Hi My friend booked the room for me at Ramada Pitampura as it was near to my work location. Firstly they took so long to process the details required for checkin as it was my friends email id but visitor name was mine so they had issue with the same also my check in time was 3.30pm and not early morning. Secondly while at the check in they had given me a form to sign where it was clearly mentioned that they only allow visitors from 7am-7pm. I was alone in the room and around 3.45am (midnight) some house keeping person knocked thrice without me asking for anything. I didn’t open the door as I got scared and couldn’t sleep all night so I called someone to come and pick me up around 6.45am(early morning). I requested the executive at reception named JITENDRA to allow him after taking his id proof in the room for a while to take his help in packing up fast and leave the hotel by 8am. As I couldn’t sleep there at all. I didn’t sleep the whole night ! Mr. Jitendra clearly said NO and asked my guest to wait in the lobby where the AC wasn’t operational and it was so hot outside. In the form it was clearly written that they will allow the guest from 7am. But Mr. Jitendra denied and said he will only allow after 8am. He wanted my guest to wait for an hour in the lobby with no AC. I have the video which was shot while Mr. Jitendra was arguing with me and was so rude and dirty with his argument. I told him that I will file a complaint against him in consumer court attaching the video as a proof. He said ‘Jo karna hai kar le’ and started making my video while I was in my night suit and came down to pick my guest. As per me Ramada Pitampura should give proper training to their employees that how to treat their guests and speak to them politely. And just be humble atleast. I also asked them to give me the CCTV footage of who was there outside my room midnight which they denied as they were at fault. Hospitality = 0/10 Service = 0/10 Rooms = 4/10

As per shared facts, we have investigated and found that you arrived at the hotel around 1530hrs. After completing check-in formalities the room was allotted. The Reception person did asked for your email since booker’s email was shared at the booking. For a healthy guest information data, we urge for respective individual correspondence details. At around 2130hrs the first visitor came. The team did briefed about visitor’s policy and since it was updated that he was hair stylist, under special consideration, was allowed for an hour. Next morning at around 0620hrs the second visitor. He was requested to be comfortable in the lobby as post 0700hrs, Visitors were allowed. This aggravated the situation resulting to an unhealthy interaction, video recording by both parties and forceful attempt of guest movement behind the reception counter. To settle the situation, visitor was allowed to the room at 0640hrs. For an update, Visitor’s policy has been followed in all major hotels to maintain floor decorum and safety of in-house guests. To avoid any untoward incident, we have duly updated the policies on all online platforms and on registration card. It is a policy in due favor of the guest and we appreciate the understanding towards it. With reference to the Housekeeping person knocking your room door, we have checked the CCTV footage which confirms that Housekeeping person visited the adjoining room to attend guest request. Considering night silence it might had felt he knocked your door. Your request for CCTV footage upon departure could not be completed since the concern was yet to arrive at the hotel. This was duly inform upon departure by the Team. Post checking the footage team did tried contacting you but could not seek response. We at Ramada endeavor to offer a safe and guest cordial environment. The incident has been taken as internal case study followed with due trainings to avoid such unfortunate interactions in future. The hotel in centrally located in west delhi pitampura area. The rooms are very good but hotel swimming pool was not working .Moreover it is located near marriage venues so lot of noise in form of music is there. So avoid marriage seasons in India if u are staying there. Overall a good hotel

this is best hotel near at my house . i booked this hotel for my bhua . she lives in mumbai . but what i see there is so much people outside the entrance gate there is cart of vadapav and seriously so much noise is there this looks so cheap your hotel is in posh area but the reputation of your hotel is decreasing by that cart so take care of that and remove it from the hotel and i know that cart is illegal .please don't spoil the image of ramada . really feeling very shameful in front of my bhua . last year also i booked the room 8n ramada but that is the class and royalty and this type of cheap things not there

I organized my wedding and 2 other pre functions at Ramada, the process right from check in to check out from the hotel was seamless. Yash was very helpful in ensuring all activities were taken care of. The F&B team including Amit, Gopal and Vijay were provided all things needed promptly and the chef Digamber heeded to our requests to further enhance food taste to suit our Punjabi palette! Overall, I had a great experience dealing with Ramada, Pitampura.

Had my engagement celebration in Ramada first floor hall on 17th Feb. Special thanks to Yash for organising the entire function smoothly and loved the decor planning and DJ arrangements. Had a great time with me and my family there and had fun

Beyond any explanation staring from check in , guest room . Amenities, staff efficiency, service all gone below standard. Overall it was a terrible experience, not worth the money soent and I will never come nack neither recommend this propwrty to anyone

I had my wedding at the hotel. It is good for a small gathering of 150 people. The staff is courteous and it was very easy to coordinate with Yash from the hotel team. I won’t hesitate to organise another family event here. The food was also wonderful! 😊

My wife and I had a disappointing stay at Ramada By Wyndham Pitampura from January 23rd to February 2nd, 2024. The most concerning incident occurred on February 1st when the glass door of the shower in our room suddenly shattered while my wife was about to shower. She sustained severe injuries, including deep cuts and lacerations, leading to profuse bleeding and swelling in her foot and hand. Despite informing the hotel about her pre-existing condition, the management showed a lack of empathy and cooperation. The manager on duty was dismissive of our concerns, adding to our frustration. Overall, our experience was unacceptable, and we urge the hotel to prioritize guest safety and provide better service.

Went there on valentine eve. I must say the food and quality of the drinks are just ordinary, rather below average. However our waiter Mr Rahul was amazing in hospitality and served us with great patience and smile on his face. An average hotel with average look and average food.

Excellent services provided by Ramadan in Lucknow. I was visited in July 2023 due to excellent services I visited again in Feb... I would like to share feedback of Mr pradeep Kumar that he was good boy and good behaviour... Excellent services provided by him.... He is doing good job in Ramada.
