The best hospitality I have ever had. Great breakfast. Swimming pool offer at Taj Mahal Hotel. Definitely go to stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax in the bathtub. Welcome snacks were provided, but the taste was not so good except for the chocolate.
There is Khan Market nearby, and there are ***y high-end shops, so you can walk around even at night.

The guided room is a windowless suite room with plywood on the window. Although the room was luxurious, it was no longer a room without a single window, so I changed it to a normal room. The location is good and quiet, so it's okay to stay without thinking it's a 4-star hotel.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed.
Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered.
We would stay again!

our experience was not very nice.
we had 2 nights stay and we had to change two rooms.
both rooms had their weird problems.
first room we got a twin bed instead of queen bed which was very uncomfortable.
Secondly they refused and said that they dont have a queen room but a decent ***ager told the reception guy to give the room with queen bed.
in the new room since its was the old property the side lamps were broken and not repaired , even an incident of short circuit also happened with us in the hotel.
Overall our stay was not as great as expected from a Taj Property.
not going to recommend this place for stay especially for new years eve.
