It’s near the Connaught place. Location is wonderful. But there is a train station near by and the horns were very noisy even at midnight. The service has not reached 5-star hotel. Hotel staff at the front is lazy and also the restaurant staffs.

Location: The hotel is a landmark and easily accessible.
Facilities: According to local standards, it is very good, but the decoration details in the room are not detailed enough. It may be a problem with local crafts***ship?! But the WIFI signal in the room is very bad~ I can’t receive any messages.
Service: The concierge is attentive and treats the luggage very carefully without being rude when assisting in moving luggage. (The suitcase and travel bag are placed on the hotel luggage trolley. The suitcase is at the bottom and the travel bag is on top. When you want to put the travel bag into the trunk, carefully pick up the travel bag and let the suitcase go in first, then the travel bag to avoid The software is compressed)
Meals: I ordered hotel breakfast and found it to be rich in style and comfortable in the dining environment.

The ac was not working as per requirements , even after couple of complains they could not make it cold since all rooms are with same temperature, since we were staying in a reputed hotel we wanted cooler temperature for our room but the hotel didn’t had ways to increase or decrease the temperature,
Also morning breakfast restaurent staff is not correctly ***aged , ***y of the staff don’t know how how to supervise the orders
But same staff handled the orders in the dinner or lunch services , this might be the focus is not satisfying the clients in a different ***ners

Great staff and wonderful service. The hotel advertised on their website that the pool renovation would be completed prior to our stay but unfortunately when we got there we were told it was closed for another week or so which was a big shame. Our room didn’t have a fridge and I had to ask twice for this and when it came it didn’t fit in the space for the fridge so it was hanging out. Other than these things the service was great I think there’s a few tweaks they can improve but overall location is great and service is great. Would return.

The front desk staff are very unprofessional and do not answer phone calls. The toilet didn't flush, the water was too strong, or the faucet was broken. And the cleaning condition is bad.
