Good hotel with very attentive staff. The location is good, about 600m from the metro. The room is spacious although the facilities are not new. In all cases everything works fine. Hot and powerful shower, well-equipped bathroom.
Cleanliness is good by the standards of the place.
The abundant breakfast, ***y Indian food dishes but also with the option of continental breakfast.
The staff very helpful.

Location is good, close enough to town but in a quiet area for sleep. Room is clean and a good size, exactly what I would expect for the cost. Bed was comfortable and shower etc. were good.
Reason for rating is wifi not working 1st day we were there, we reported it and staff siad they were fixing it. We gave up and slept, next day different staff member just used a different user and password and it worked. Day 2 room key didn't work, *** let us in the room and said he would bring a replacement key, he never did.

I stayed 2 nights. The hotel facilities weren't the best, but they were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good and the staffs in front desk(Pinky, Vijay, Pritilea) and in restaurant were friendly. I made a reservation with breakfast included, and the breakfast was good. If you are not very sensitive, I recommend it for the price.

The Hans looked central and a but classical online. I chose it for its location. Staff was pretty forthcoming, they let me check in early but the room they gave me wasn't the one I booked (it was smaller). After checking I was changed to a bigger one, the one I originally booked.
In general the hotel is old, woodwork is worn, walls had ***y suitcases banged into them, towels washed too ***y times. Also windows need a deep clean. Delhi is a harsh city to run a hotel. Hotel is fine for a night or what but is in need of some TLC

Good location not far from Connaught Place, close to restaurants and bars and some historic areas. Only 1 restaurant in the hotel limits food choice. Breakfast is good and the staff friendly and courteous.

Have a good stay inthe hotel as the guest service is good .in the front desk mr. Rajan is very helpful and cooperative .breakfast also good .almost all are good .location and near by metro is very nice and comfortable. Night view is awesome ...
