The hotel staff's response is too poor
This is a hotel reservation for customers on a business trip to our company, but if they don't answer the phone, they hang up in the middle.
It's not a 5-star hotel service. I'm very disappointed

Good location, friendly staff. Everything was excellent except the aircon in my room that didn't go below 21.5 degrees. But I never complained so it wasn't fixed. The hotel even gave me a change for the currency whenever needed. Uber pickup is right outside the main door, so was very convenient. All big malls are right next door.

I had a really good experience with the at this hotel really good place to stay in Delhi . The room was always impeccably clean and well-organized thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff. Additionally, my housekeeping Atul is incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service!

During this staying for few days in this hotel, I received fantastic services. All times, staff showing good attitude for customers Room cleaned every day; I have to remark that Mr Paul Vegthese is a hard worker providing the best of him to the costumers Great experience.

The room had a very old forniture and carpet, and there was a very bad smell coming from the sink, very loud, you can hear people outside of your room, the food has a very bad quality, and in one week that I was there 2 times some guy from the hotel staff entered in my room at 1,30 AM while I was sleeping with some in room dining that I didn’t ordered because again, I was sleeping, I went there for business but I hope I ll never come back.
