Great service and facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely wish to stay again.

Brilliant stay at the Claridges. The Suite was wonderful, recommend 100 percent. Had lunch at Erawan, a Thai cuisine restaurant.

This was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded our room free or charge and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent! The gym was huge, the pool, steam room and massage facilities were all top notch. The breakfast was also large and varied and the restaurants we ate at were all delicious! Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing service good food good ambience. This boutique hotel is perfectly situated to the shopping but yet best place to have meetings.

Nice mid- sized hotel with lovely staff. Great location. Walking through the restaurant to get to the pool is bizarre. The Indian restaurant, Dhaba, is nice but doesn't hold a candle to Bhukara, which it serms to be trying to emulate.

The AC’s were not effective and did not cool the room. The toilet water faucet was not approachable conveniently. Some of the breakfast items were cold I never recd any VIP access benefits inspite of my asking

It’s not the property but it’s the staff that made me give it 5 stars. Property gives a very old and rich vibes. We got upgraded to a suite and the room was wonderful. The bed was not long enough for me (6’2) but didn’t matter a lot. Food was very tasty. Will come back again

A lovely hotel. We did have an issue over mis-communication but it was eventually resolved to our satisfaction.

Nice hotel with an old style feel. Disappointingly the heritage rooms have no view to speak of. Bar is expensive
