Room quality not matched as per website pic. Quality of service is good but staff need some more patience while talking to customer. Customer is god give full respect which is not happening as per my observation. Room maintenance need lots of attention in terms of painting, polishing, electrical maintenance. Bathroom shower not working wc flush button broken
tv switch plug broken. Bed side lamp not working and too dirty
telephone receiver sticky switch plate are broken in room
fan need cleaning mirror are tarnished lots of dust in the room
towels need to change as it's discarded towels. No softness in it and too dirty. Cushion cover need washing no freeze in the room
water should complimentary ac cooling not effective bathroom mat to change.

The experience was really bad. The staff is not so responsible. No social distancing. Room is not clean at all. Safety was really a big concern. The attitude of the staff is really very bad.

Location is near to railway station, pretty convenient for travellers. Unclean toilets, shabby interiors and very old rooms
