The room came with free airport pick up. But on my day of arrival there was no pickup . Despite the fact that I called them twice prior to my arrival to confirm pickup . Apparently poor communication between the staff who handled my confirmation with the transport company . They even said I will be provided the driver details 1 hour before my arrival . Nothing !! I needed to wait and make several calls, being passed around from hotel to transport company to driver, to finally arrange my pickup . No one person single handedly tried to solve my problem . Also, they said pickup is free excluding airport parking fee. Despite me needing to wait 45 minutes for my pickup to arrive, the driver requested that I pay the parking fee. Oh, I didn’t even get an apology.
The room is big but as you can see needs a lot of maintenance work. Fortunately I needed to only spend one night here and the next day I arranged my own transport to the airport

It was an truly amazing experience during my stay with them, they are friendly enough to cater your requirements if you're on a professional trip, in my case I needed some prints, iron to press clothes, they even brought my swiggy packages to doorstep. 5/5.

The room and bathroom were good. The Restaurant Vagabond also really good and great service. I would like to say special thanks to Ms Gunjan and Sunil and Ashok. All so very pleasant and helpful. The travel desk certainly needs improvement. Everything was a huge effort. Or not possible and I was told to make my own arrangements! I finally left for Udaipur with no booking. As a single, female traveller, that was not a pleasant feeling.

Good hotel with overall satisfaction. My only concern is with none of the rooms having windows. The management has put in thought to travellers and their needs to freshen up and rest for a short while.

One of the best hotel to discover Delhi . Location is superb. Services was good and many thanks to frontdesk staff for helping one of us ti get back his lost handphone. Definately one of the best hotel in Paharganj .
