Very good ambience and very helpful and polite staff. The room size are good and comfortable, room service is also good and the hotel focuses in cleanliness. The service provided are also good, the good quality and quality is nice over all a good experience

Actually they have to make more hygiene by keeping proper hand-wash n also dental kits in room with bathroom. Glasses for guests. Also ac was very old. They should come up with new sets of ac's & other automation of electric fittings.

Staff was very courteous. When i reached the hotel i was suffering from fever. They relaxed me with water and a medicine. As my check out was early so i asked them to provide me food in night for which they got agree and provided me within minutes.

It is very simple hotel with no much expected things as it states. They have no lift and food was served in the room instead of eating area. Food is good but presentation needs to be improved. It is near to main junction hence traffic noise is till 11 30 pm in night. Staff is supportive. This hotel needs make over for people to book for second time. Few things up and down but it’s ok at the end to spend 2 night’s that’s all. Thank you.

Premium room pros: - people are responsive and quick turn around time
- strategic location for business stay cons:
- consumables did not get refilled for the second day, they should have done this so moto. - locker is there but not working food is ok but discuss the portion size before order it. Overall, its a good experience if you ignore the above minor issues.

Hotel room was neat and clean but staff is not up to mark in service
even in twin room they only provide one complementary water bottle. Breakfast is room served with very low option feel cheated by clubbing breakfast with room
