This is not good. We stayed one night in Delhi, in transit. Hotel is located in a very impoverished area, staff is very disinterested. Rooms very, very bad. Bathroom is super dirty... Even a public toilet is cleaner. Paying by credit card became a drama, then a few days later the hotel tried to scam us by wanting to collect the "no show" fee. In short: NOT RECOMMENDED.

We arrived a little early on Sunday afternoon, interrupting a family gathering yet hotel greeted us with open arms, smiling and excusing itself for having family over.Hotel staff were great hosts, friendly, intelligent, informative bet never intrusive. The Master Suite in which we stayed was very well appointed with a nice ensuite bath. The breakfasts served were not only ample but delicious with a great selection of fruits, yogurt, breads and cereal, all served up in conjunction with a hot dish. We made friends with these fine people and were truly sorry to leave.

Very average, acceptable for one night upon arrival. Not very clean and quite rustic. Friendly staff. Establishment relatively close to the airport. Sanitary leaving something to be desired. Acceptable value for money

Very poor experience...they should improve everything..staff,food,service,behavior...they are very rude..they didn't even listen sometimes what we wanted to say...bedsheet n room n bathroom was very dirty..I asked for cleaning..they didn't clean

Staff is very rude, lots of hygiene issues, bedsheets were very bad, Overall it was a very very bad experience. However the food was not good. Did not enjoy the stay at this hotel, very very poor experience
