Area was fine. Had ample of food and shopping options. but hotel does not provide any complimentary things they said. no kettle was provided even after asking. no complimentary tea. mini bar was altogether missing from room. so either hotel is lying or make my trip. bed sheets were so bad. almost oil or don't know what marks. rooms were spacious not not clean. wont recommend for long stay. 1 day touch and go is still fine

The hotel room was not as mentioned in the app. The linen was dirty even though after changing linen was dirty. First They tried to send me to a nearby hotel of theirs but when I resisted only then the room in this hotel was given. Poor service and dirty hotel.

Hotel property, location, room, bed, room cleaniness are good, but some of the room services can be better. Few of things you need to ask for reception every time like: complimentary water, complimentary tea, kettle, fresh towel, bathroom warm water(for bath) etc. In breakfast area also, basc things are mot on breafast table like: napkeen(tissue paper, drinking water, salt etc. You need to ask for these things. Food quality is also not good, they served cold paranthas which were not freshly cooked, means they served cold paranthas. They need to improve these things.

Thank you, mr. Mayank, for your warm hospitality and excellent service. Everything from booking to my stay was well handled. The 24x7 taxi service to the airport for just 300rs was so convenient. The staff was prompt and friendly, even bringing tea with a late-night wake-up call. The rooms, bathrooms, and linen were very clean, showing the hotel’s high standards. The location was easy to access by car, and the room rates were very reasonable for the quality offered. I highly recommend hotel shiv-aka inn for its great service cleanliness and affordability. I definitely stay here again!

I visited yashobhoomi. At that time i checked in hotel shiv-aka inn. Though i searched for better hotels but i liked this one hotel. I got a welcome drink at the time of check-in. Rooms was clean and mainly washroom was very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. I am thankful to mr. Mayank. He hosted me well and took care of everything for me. I can say i am loyal guest of this hotel. But one negative thing about hotel is that, this property is not on main road. But it is value for money.

It was nice stay. Hotel neat and clean and staff helpful. Location was also good however there was one issue that in rainy season the way to hotel street is dirty.
