I had booked a 3 bed deluxe room. 1. They didn't have the room ready during checkin time. 2. They allocated the 3 bed room by evening, but the room was full of dust from recent interior work they have done. 3. No ventilation in bathroom toilet. Also the exhaust fan out of order. 4. Second day they changed the room to a higher floor. This was ok. 5. Towel and toiletries were provided only on request. 6. They shouldn't have accepted the booking for a room which is still not ready and full of dust.

The location was good and close to the metro station. The staff was good and polite. Rooms were clean and overall premises were well maintained. I would definitely recommend.

As people who are visiting delhi they can have ***y options but you can stay with a bare prices and excellent customer services and places are near by to visit and can have wonderful stays in hotel

Loctaion is good. Beds were dirty. They changed rooms and gave. But i had to sleep with another friend for one night.

This hotel is falsely advertising for free airport shuttle. Highly not recommended. Booking was full but then they offered me another sister hotel which was worth far less than what I paid. Personnel also lies about co****sation of airport shuttle. I was scammed here. Also workers asks for money as if they don’t get paid there.
