It's a tourist scam, dirty, gloomy and uncomfortable. Combines with a taxi driver who will pick up the customer from New Del Airport. No Internet as stated. The bed was not made properly. It cost me €162 for one night À Fuir

Dirty rooms, full of dust and torn and stained bed linen. Unkind and above all not honest staff, sky-high prices (90.00 euros for 4/5 hours!!!!!!😱), no wifi, very noisy, you can hear everything in the room. A taxi driver took us to us at 5 in the morning, selling it to us as a good hotel, in a very shady area, but above all it really is a dump!!!! The bathroom was dirty and they probably never serviced it. No hot water!

I don’t know why this hotel is still in existent. Beginning with the driver at the airport to the hotel’s reception, everybody wants a thing or 2 from you. Charges you 100s of Dollars for a room that’s worth $3. I plead with you, PLEASE, Avoid this place at all cost.

Worst ‘hotel’ in the world. Part of a scam between the hotel and dodgy taxi drivers. Avoid at all cost. They will rip you off and the rooms are not worth anything like what they charge you. Stay away from this hotel!

Worst ever hotel this is a SCAM, stay as far away as you can. STAY AWAY FROM this hotel! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Dirty bed sheets, staff trying to rip you off at every opportunity, unfriendly support and overall looks ugly I asked an airport taxi for a cheap hotel at 5 am, and they pointed me to Ishaan Palace. The road to get to the hotel is not properly maintained, unlike other hotels. Upon arriving they told me the price to just stay there from 5 am to 1 pm was 8,500 rupees. Eight thousand! Upon telling them no, they reduced the price to 5,000 rupees which is still much overpriced for the facilities they have. As mentioned before the need sheets although smelling "ok" have stains of all different colors. Washroom had a bidet with leaks, no shower, wifi was only provided at 10 am upon asking several times.

The ***ager from this hotel is a fraud and in cahoots with taxi touts at Delhi Airport. We were told that the Hotel we'd booked was undergoing sanitisation due to a Covid outbreak. It was a pack of lies !!!

ATTENTION TOURIST I confirm the comments above. This hotel ***ager has a collaboration with airport drivers. We wanted a 1 night hotel to sleep and get our next plain first in the morning. The taxi driver say it was only 2 min to the hotel. After 10/15 minutes we arrived, night, maybe 1am, and the hotel ***ager wanted 160$ per night!!!!! We de***ded to take us back to airport and after a few minutes he drop lowered the price for 40$. During the night, around 3am some guys nock the door shouting to open it. It was a very scary moment for me and my wife. After 10 minutes they were finally gone, but nobody from the hotel heard them!!! The breakfast (allegedly) included only after 9am!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Don’t ever go here I was at the airport and a cap asked to if he could drive me to my hotel which was not ishaan palace. He then asked me if he could call my hotel to confirm where to go. I then got handed the phone with supposedly somebody of my original hotel. I got told I could not come because there were Corona cases this was not the case. He then proceeded to tell me he new a good other hotel where I could stay. It was supposed to be a hotel for 9 euros. But when I looked at my credit card withdrawals they took 100 euros when I confronted them they told me it was a mistake and they would cancel the withdrawal. They showed me they were doing it but a day after I left they still took the 100 euros. This is a big scam my worst experience ever!!!! Don’t every go here. Big scam!!
