The stay and service was horrible. No one picked call on the desk when called from room. Had to check out early due to lack of service and rude behaviour.

This hotel falsly claims to be world's best (on their website). I understand with certain budget you can expect only so much but omg,this place is wrong on everything they claim. The pillow covers were torn, pillows were terribly flattened by overuse, washroom was dirty with stains everywhere.mushrooms were popping up on the washroom door, there was leakage on the walls of the room,lights went bad which were never fixed.AC didn't work initially then the reception guy came and stood on the bed to take out the sheets, washed them and reinserted(these things should be fixed prior to booking). the main gate in closed at 10:30pm then you have to press the bell multiple time for someone to come open it. the *** at the reception has no idea on how to interact with customers. they make you feel terrible about your own stay. I am never going there again. Huge mistake and waster of more than 5k

I called hotel on monday night, he denied the booking as did not receive any mail from mm t, still i went to hotel as i had confirmed mail. He gave me the room not good. Also this is a kind of guest house not a hotel. I chose breakfast included option, only tea and two pieces of bread toast was served. Next morning i got a better room. Only location is a plus point
