Nice economical place to stay. The rooms with double beds are a little small for more than 2. The breakfast was very nice.

Convenient location. The room was clean and tidy. But there was an odd smell, maybe from the heater. The only other complaint would be the bed, there were 2 beds and mine was hard has a rock, the other one was a little better.

The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very good shower. The things I always look for in a hotel. The included breakfast was very nice and prepared you for the day. Good variety of food.

Bugs in unit. Olga at front desk was pretty rude regarding our credit card on file & even after filling out the appropriate form she still wanted the whole number on file.

I was very pleased with how clean the unit was. There was a fresh clean smell. The heating system was very responsive and a chilly room warmed up immediately. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Great service but hotel itself needs to be updated, Room 133 was smokey they put a machine in to take away the smell. Bagged breakfast was aweful!

We loved our stay in New Glasgow. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. It was very hectic trying to get breakfast with so few places to sit and eat.
People were also smoking cigarettes and **** in rooms or halls or outside the side door and the smell was apparent upstairs in the halls.
We would come back!
